Why is there no Huperzine A in MLP?Updated a year ago

We decided against using Hup-A in the formula as it hasn’t been proven suitable for long-term use. Hup-A works by inhibiting the enzyme acetylcholinesterase, which is responsible for choline breakdown and, when taken regularly, can lead to an excessive accumulation of choline in the brain.

Supplementing with a choline source, such as citicoline found in MLP, is an alternative way to increase choline levels in the body, but unlike Hup-A, it is also safe for long-term use.
