All US shipments are despatched from our US based fulfilment centres. Once a package has been despatched, the tracking may not update again until the package has been received and receipted at the initial transport depot (usually within 48hrs of despatch). 

Most of our deliveries are completed within the lead-time advised on our website, but exceptions can occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

You can request shipping updates directly from the carrier via the tracking website and entering your email address in the appropriate section: 

  • USPS – Text and Email Updates 
  • UPS – Get Updates.
