Where is my order? Global CustomersUpdated 9 months ago

All our Global shipments are currently despatched from either our UK or EU based fulfilment centres. Once a package has been despatched:

  • standard shipping - after the initial acknowledgement, the tracking will not update again until the package has been received and receipted at the destination country. Once it has cleared customs, it will be handed over to the Post Office or a local carrier for final delivery. 
  • express shipping - the tracking should update regularly within 48 hours of despatch.

Most of our deliveries are completed within the lead-time advised on our website, but exceptions can occur due to a variety of reasons.
