The improvements you see from MLP will steadily increase the longer you take it. Many people only recognize how effective it is when they stop!
MLP is equally effective when 'cycled'. You might want to follow a: 4 weeks on, 1 week off cycle. Alternatively, a: 5 days on, 2 days off cycle. This is down to your individual preferences and lifestyle.
