Can I take MLP in the evening or afternoon?Updated 7 months ago

We usually suggest taking MLP first thing in the morning, as that’s when cognitive demands are typically highest for most people. 

However, you can take MLP anytime you need peak cognitive support. 

Since MLP doesn’t contain any stimulants, it shouldn’t affect your sleep. 

If you’re particularly sensitive and find that its cognitive effects impact your bedtime, consider sticking to morning use instead.
